Our Client is a Real Estate agency with a reputation for excellence, housing some of Victoria's finest Agents in the Industrial industry. The Role:
Monday – Friday, this is a faced paced role working within a highly successful team that will challenge and excite you. On a day to day basis, this role will see you completing administration, marketing, and handling a busy workload for the director:

  • Responsible for the sales administration process
  • Take all inbound new client listing enquires providing information and coordinating inspections
  • Draw up HOA's 
  • Coordinate and follow up both parties until HOA's are signed 
  • Prepare contracts for signing 
  • Distribute copies of signed contracts
  • Mark internet as sold/leased stickers 
  • Arrange appropriate gifts
  • Coordinate signage removal 

The Candidate:

  • Previous experience in Real Estate is essential
  • Living within 40-50 minutes from Thomastown 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent Word/Outlook & computer skills
  • The ability to work proactively and independently
  • A valid driver's license
  • Strong administration and communication skills 
  • Experience using RP Office desired
