- Support a Top Performing Director within a LARGE network
Our Client is a Real Estate agency with a reputation for excellence, housing some of Victoria's finest Agents in the Industrial industry. None of this would be possible without a strong team to assist with every aspect of the business to ensure their customers are getting the very best service.
The Role:
Monday – Friday, this is a faced paced role working within a highly successful team that will challenge and excite you. On a day to day basis, this role will see you completing administration, marketing, and handling a busy workload for the director:
- Responsible for the sales administration process
- Take all inbound new client listing enquires providing information and coordinating inspections
- Draw up HOA's
- Coordinate and follow up both parties until HOA's are signed
- Prepare contracts for signing
- Distribute copies of signed contracts
- Mark internet as sold/leased stickers
- Arrange appropriate gifts
- Coordinate signage removal
The Candidate:
- Previous experience in Real Estate is essential
- Living within 40-50 minutes from Thomastown
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent Word/Outlook & computer skills
- The ability to work proactively and independently
- A valid driver's license
- Strong administration and communication skills
- Experience using RP Office desired
