About the role

The Board Minute Secretary will provide the Board and Mind subsidiaries with a high level of confidential administrative support and coordination to facilitate a smooth operating framework. The successful applicant must be flexible to work hours driven by the Board and Committee schedule, inclusive of after hours.

  • Provide secretarial and general administrative support to the Board, its subsidiary companies and committees
  • Agenda preparation and minute taking
  • Prepare and distribute minutes and documentation within the required time frames
  • Coordinate the review of formal correspondence and briefs that support the operation of the Board and Committees
  • Support for organisational governance
  • Maintain effective communication across the Board, its subsidiary companies, CEO, Executive team and Senior Managers of Mind
What are we looking for?
  • Extensive experience in the operation of Boards and Committees
  • Exceptional communication skills and an ability to communicate at various levels within the organisation
  • Highly effective time management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office suite
