About the role
The Board Minute Secretary will provide the Board and Mind subsidiaries with a high level of confidential administrative support and coordination to facilitate a smooth operating framework. The successful applicant must be flexible to work hours driven by the Board and Committee schedule, inclusive of after hours.
Duties
- Provide secretarial and general administrative support to the Board, its subsidiary companies and committees
- Agenda preparation and minute taking
- Prepare and distribute minutes and documentation within the required time frames
- Coordinate the review of formal correspondence and briefs that support the operation of the Board and Committees
- Support for organisational governance
- Maintain effective communication across the Board, its subsidiary companies, CEO, Executive team and Senior Managers of Mind
- Extensive experience in the operation of Boards and Committees
- Exceptional communication skills and an ability to communicate at various levels within the organisation
- Highly effective time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office suite
