• Forced into isolation by COVID and had plenty of time to question if you want to have life dictated by someone else or to forge your own pathway
• Had some experience as either a recruiter and/or HR Business partner and love it but would rather be doing it for yourself than be restricted by larger company protocols and restrictions
• Have a home office setup and kind of enjoy the flexibility of working from home or with colleagues whenever you want to bounce ideas or just have some companionship
• Maybe have a couple of clients or potential clients where there is a particular trust and integrity in your relationship
• Would love to expand your client base and take responsibility for some clients referred by Excelerate
• Happy to work with a very attractive fee structure and absolutely no financial investment required
• Have the opportunity to be mentored and share clients with senior recruiter phasing into retirement

We are looking for people who have a track record in being good at what they do in Recruitment and/or HR, have some business development acumen and enjoy the idea of running your own business with the support and companionship of other like minded professionals.

Part-time hours: 10-20 per week

Salary: $80,020.00 – $97,802.00 per year

Most of our work presently is done virtually. Any work with clients in person is subject to there being a suitable, apporved COVID Safe Plan in place.
