Market Reach is a fully owned subsidiary of the Chemist Warehouse Group.

Market Reach is the industry leader in product trial solutions focused in the pharmaceutical and healthcare space - the company assists pharmaceutical and healthcare companies distribute starter packs and samples to healthcare professionals Australia wide.

We are now seeking a Full Time Administration Officer in our Market Reach business to support the Samples Plus, Samples for Free, GP Reach and Adhoc sampling programs to Health Care Practioners

About the Role

The Administration Officer is responsible as part of a team in supporting all Market Reach programs in the efficient management of administrative services for Market Reach at the Preston Head Office. This role also encompasses a primary point of contact for internal and external customers as well as all general office administration duties.

Their responsibilities may include:
Initiating workflow of customer orders
Preparation of documentation including customer quotes, agreements and reporting
Data input, analysis and CRM management
Preparation of marketing material, mailouts and faxes
Liaison with internal stakeholders, buyers, suppliers
Assist in resolving any administrative problems
Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence from customers/ suppliers/ Pharma and Healthcare reps and Health Care Practioners
Data entry of orders/sample requests
Answer inquiries, ensuring the information provided is accurate and responded to within time-frames

Skills and Experience

The successful applicant should have the following:
Demonstrate communication skills both verbal and written that are outstanding.
Be able to work in a self-managed and independent manner, as well as take direction
Have superior organisational and time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
Have office administration/data entry within a corporate environment (minimum 3 years).
Have highly advanced computer skills including the full Microsoft Office Suite - and advanced excel skills
Demonstrated ability to produce quality and accurate work, ability to meet deadlines and work and communicate efficiently in a fast-paced environment

The successful applicant will be required to meet a satisfactory National Criminal History Check outcome.
