About The Role

  • Full Time, Maximum Term Contract (3 years)
  • Location: Preston
  • Attractive salary CSS Level 4: $83,877 - $87,675
We’re seeking an experienced and analytical quality officer to join our team at Neami National. You’ll work in collaboration with the Senior Manager Quality, Compliance and Risk in supporting the business and developing, reviewing and monitoring accreditation, quality management and systems, ensuring a robust continuous improvement and quality management culture is fostered across the Group.

Core duties
  • Support the Group’s accreditation and quality management portfolio, including provision of advice and support to internal stakeholders and regular monitoring and reporting
  • Promote and support the development and implementation of Neami Group’s Quality Improvement initiatives, feedback and complaints handling processes and practices, Risk Management and Compliance frameworks and provide key stakeholders with advice and assistance as required
  • Develop positive and effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
