Our client was incorporated in August 2005. In their short history they have grown to become one of the largest suppliers of Automotive Electrical, Air-Conditioning and Lighting products in the Australian aftermarket.
With 30 Branches nation wide & employing over 170 staff. They service a wide range of customers including specialist automotive workshops, mining companies, contractors, government departments, and local councils.
Position Title: Phone Sales / Store Person
Location: Epping VIC
Employment Type: Full Time
Requirements:
- Provide exceptional customer service to efficiently take branch sales
- Respond to phone calls,
- assisting customers & account managers to optimise sales
- Process invoices & credits as required Maintain goods,
- pallet racking & shelving – including under
- car/license
- Excellent written & verbal communication
- Driven individual with ability to learn and constantly adapt in high volume environments
- Customer Service focused Automotive electrical parts sales experience (desirable)
