Develops and executes regional plans within the marketing communications discipline for key Construction Industries Services Division (CISD) initiatives. The position is well versed in marketing tactics, channel strategy, lead generation/sales conversion, branding, marketing analytics, and lead generation. The individual will support marcom initiatives related to maintenance, repair and rebuild aftermarket options.

This position is recognized division wide as a resourceful and reliable marketing communication resource focused on engaging customers. Develops strategic marketing communication plans and supports sales promotions development. Provides marcom guidance to internal groups and directs work of outside suppliers and vendors to support the marketing strategy.

Individuals demonstrate creativity, foresight, business judgement and outstanding parts/service application or marketing/distribution knowledge along with the sensitivity to customer financial impact. Position leads projects, regional in scope and works with senior management to achieve objectives for the division. Manages the compliance of own assignments and keeps up to date with new industry trends, customer engagement, and changing consumer behaviors affecting the competitive environment.

At this level, leadership skills and the ability to sell ideas are being developed. Must communicate effectively across product, industry, dealer and/or customer audiences to gain understanding and acceptance of ideas and recommendations. Must have ability to work with people from many different backgrounds and cultures, internally and externally, with the appropriate influence and ability to resolve differences. Good human relations skills are required to develop a collaborative/cooperative work relationship with others inside and outside the business unit.


  • Requires a college degree or equivalent experience with 9+ years of marketing experience
  • Expert in the marketing communications discipline.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality
  • Must have strong writing/presentation skills and examples of successful communication plans and results.
  • Solid written and verbal skills necessary
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required to deal with issues crossing boundaries or persuade others inside or outside the organization to take action
  • Understanding of construction industry and aftermarket solutions is preferred but not required
Summary JOB PURPOSE: As a Marketing Communications Consultant in Construction Industries Services Division (CISD), you will serve as a divisional expert and consultant for the management of marketing communications in support of Go-to-Market Strategy for Aftermarket initiatives and collaborate with business partners to execute the strategy. You will develop marketing communications strategies and provide communications support, using electronic, interactive, and other media in support of sales targets.
