Provide strategic advice and professional services to State/Regional Managers by improving the performance and sustainability across the Neami group

• Responsible for financial modelling, reporting systems and business partnering

• Attractive base salary $97,582 with generous NFP salary packaging

• Ongoing, Permanent role
• Some after hours and interstate travel will be required

The Finance Business Partner is responsible for a range of activities related to the assessment of the Financial Performance of the organisation

• Budgeting and forecasting;
• Analysis for board and management reporting;
• Tender and business scenario modelling;
• Contract review and funder reporting (Acquittals)
• Management accounting and Business Partnering

To be successful in this position you will have/be

• Suitable tertiary and professional qualifications (CPA, CA, CIMA or similar) are required
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a relevant role
• Excel modelling skills using intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge
• Previous knowledge and experience with TechnologyOne or similar ERP systems
• Previous budgeting experience with an ERP system will be advantageous
• Experience in dealing with non-financial stakeholders, business analysis and problem solving
