The Company

Based in the northern suburbs, our client is an ASX listed organisation currently going through a period of change. A unique position has become available for an experienced Data Entry/Reconciliations Officer to join the team on a 12 month basis to assist the team and reduce workload. Looking after a large number of accounts, this position will commence immediately.

The Role

Reporting directly through to the National Credit Manager, and working alongside a close-knit and friendly Credit team, your roles and responsibilities will encompass the following:

• Data entry
• Account reconciliations
• Customer queries
• Ad hoc Administration duties

The Person

To be successful for this assignment, you will have outstanding communication skills and proven experience within a Accounts/Data Entry position. You will have sound problem-solving and customer service skills and be able to hit the ground running to assist the existing team in this high-volume and busy role. Commencing immediately.
