- 3+ years experience in similar role
- Strong wine and cocktail knowledge
- Excitement and enthusiasm for hospitality at 1800Lasagne
- The confidence and ability to make cocktails and deliver high quality restaurant service
- A willingness and ability to always strive to enhance our customers experience
