Banyule Leisure is a service unit within Banyule Council's Leisure, Recreation and Cultural Services Department and is responsible for the management and provision of high-quality aquatic, health & fitness programs and services at:

Ivanhoe Aquatic Centre

Olympic Leisure Centre

Banyule Netball Stadium

We are seeking experienced, enthusiastic and positive thinking Customer Service professionals to join our dynamic, results oriented and customer focused team.

  • You will provide a warm welcome and excellent service to visitors and callers to our centre, in 'front of house' Reception and cafe areas
  • You will seek to provide a range of options and alternatives to meet the needs and expectations of our community
  • You will undertake bookings for programs, classes and facility hire
  • Provide general duties to assist in the running of programs

You will have

  • Experience in customer service, membership sales, cash handling and administration in a similar environment
  • Demonstrated positive customer service focus with the ability to multitask and seek best outcomes in meeting the needs and expectations of customers and to work as part of a team
  • Experience in the use of LINKS leisure management software or simliar leisure industry program
  • A current Level 2 First Aid Certificate and current CPR Certificate
  • Working with Children Check

  • Salary range $60,984.49 to $64,254.96 pro rata plus super
  • 3 opportunities
  • Permanent part time - 20 hours per week
