JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking to add new members to our Fishi Business Team.
Part-time and casual positions are currently offered for this role.
ROLE AND DUTIES
- Preparation of fish for the display and sale during the day. Trained at selecting and purchasing, handling, gutting, boning, filleting, displaying, merchandising and selling of seafood
- Able to use their knowledge of seafood to promote and assist customers.
- Managing stock and reporting
- Good insight and common sense/ initiative
EXPERIENCE
- Will require knowledge about sales and seafood. Skilled with blades and other necessary tools. Previous job experience preferred
