·Experienced in planning,organising, directing and delegating staff.

·Excellent at time management& working accurately if pressured in the Sales Representative and Operations Role.

·Capable of lifting and loading cartons up to 30 kgs to and from vehicles.

You will be highly regarded if you can show your competency in:

·Contacting many people by phone, and in the sales position answering of inbound sales calls and emails.

·Telephone quoting and booking of removals jobs.

·Management, direction and discipline of Removals Staff

·Processing of payments and customer orders.

·Working with people in awarm and friendly environment. Including coordinating with our office staff and most importantly directing our team of removalists.

·Precision scheduling of removals jobs.

·Providing solutions in relation to customer queries and complaints.

·Putting together and processing customer orders, and payments.

·Some lifting of packing materials and equipment.

·General office duties and administration tasks.

Homemove Urban Removalists have been proudly moving residential and business customers across Melbourne for over 12 years. Due to recent growth and diversification we are now searching for a talented individual take up our Telephone Sales Representative and Operations role. Our approach to business is upbeat,professional and honest and we are looking for a candidate who genuinely cares about our customers and is dedicated to delivering excellent service.

It’s a fast paced position with a lot of variety and is suited to a positive, motivated and self-sufficient individual wanting to join a forward-thinking team. The role is an excellent opportunity to build on your existing sales, customer service and operations skills.

We are looking for an exceptional colleague to become part of a dynamic team for the long term, in this challenging and rewarding role.

Must have permanent right to work in Australia (no working holiday or student visa holders please).

If successful you could commence your new career immediately as a Sales Consultant and Operations person working from our Head Office in Northcote, Victoria.
