We are now looking for : an energetic, self-motivated, able to work independently, experienced Barista to join our team.

Current Position is available in Brunswick Cafe, must be available Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday. Owning a car will be an advantage for you.

With experience you will have opportunity to work at our other site in Heidelberg Heights.

Qualifications & experience

• Must have experience in a fast paced environment
• Comfortable with food handling
• POS
• General cleaning
• Setting tables
• Great customer service skills
• Minimum 1 years experience as a Barista

• Coffee and cold drink preparation/delivery
• Customer service
• opening and closing stores
• a good team player
• Good understanding of different brew methods.
• Must be well spoken and inviting
• Hardworking, self motivated and have a 'can do attitude'
• Strong customer interaction skills where you must be able to provide customers with personable, friendly and knowledgeable service
• Must be able to thrive in a fast paced environment and work as team
• Ability to ensure product consistency, maintain cafe operational standards and complete daily tasks and procedures.

We take coffee very seriously!

Must be capable of high production on your own or along with another barista, perfect milk texturing, free pour and latte art is a must.

Operation hours are M-F 6:45 - 3pm & S-S 7:45 - 3pm
