  • Part Time role 3 days a week with scope for more hours as year progresses - based in Nth Eastern suburbs
  • Min. 22 hrs* per week plus breaks @ $27ph plus phone allowance
  • Option for additional casual hours at client events for admin and promotions @ $33ph +

An exciting opportunity awaits a dedicated customer service bookings professional to join our boutique VIP experiences team.

We provide bespoke international and local travel accommodation, high end chefs, premium restaurant dining, 5-star hotel stays, VIP tours, corporate hosting and more.

 With a long list of loyal clientele, your ‘day to day’ role will entail –

  • Delivering a high level of service for all customer booking enquiries via email and phone
  • Effectively manage a high volume of daily emails
  • Meticulous maintenance of our shared database and bookings platform
  • Problem solve customer requests and upgrades
  • Maintain strong communications with our suppliers and partners
  • Manage supplier invoices with our accounts team
  • Generate electronic vouchers via our CRM for new customer packages
  • Assist with design of promotional material for various experience packages
  • Work together with team members to help build company profile and potential for scope

 Ideal candidates will have a background in all or some of –

  • Microsoft Office suite including Outlook and Excel is a must
  • Call centre high level customer service and correspondence
  • Travel or concierge bookings
  • Event planning experience
  • Hospitality and/or customer relations
  • Experience with Canva, MYOB and Bulk email and CRM platforms

You will work directly under the guidance of our General Manger and Director. To be successful in this role with will have a dedicated passion for excellence and will exemplify many of the below attributes such as -

  • Exceptional communication skills - verbal and written
  • Outstanding multi-tasking and organisational skills
  • Demonstrated efficiency in Microsoft suite, Adobe, Canva, databases.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
  • Strong commercial sense
  • High degree of customer service orientation
  • Calm, polite and professional behaviour
  • Ability to take constructive feedback on board

*Applicants eligible for JobMaker employer scheme will have option for more hours.

 The successful candidate will undertake a 2-4 week ‘on-the-job’ training period.
