As LES Supporting Systems Senior Business Systems Analyst, you have the responsibility for the development and implementation of solutions that enable the organizations' business processes in line with the organization's strategy. You manage and prioritize solutions and content produced by development teams and continually search for ways to improve efficiency.

In this position you contribute to enterprise application standards, strategies and plans and you serve as the "content authority" for the solution/product you are responsible for. Of course you also represent the interests of all relevant stakeholders, and you are responsible for defining and prioritizing the solution/product backlog (a prioritized set of features) to deliver a whole, valuable solution/product that will continuously improve over time.

You will report to the Lab Support Lead.

This role is available for any of the CSL Behring or Seqirus Manufacturing sites in Europe.

You have the following main responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the creation of roadmaps of prioritized future capabilities for the solution/product domain - also ensure that solutions are visible, transparent and clear to all
  • Work with business partners and solution/product leads to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs; understand the customer journey and define user requirements
  • Identify potential new solutions/products that the market will embrace
  • Factor in required architecture or engineering effort to use or build common components
  • Make or help with buy-versus-build decisions and ensure the necessary procurement planning
  • Share insight on technology trends and emerging capabilities and determine investment opportunities based on business and financial objectives
  • Serve as a management level subject matter expert in your solution/product domain
  • Establish and manage solution/product release plans that satisfy requirements and priorities
  • Leverage direct and indirect LES resources to continuously manage the solution/product, meeting the agreed requirements within timescales while adhering to necessary governance and controls
  • Manage the solution/product area in the discipline of product and project management in order to drive successful outcomes and continuous delivery of key capabilities
  • Apply development methodologies to ensure teams have the right skills and composition to deliver quickly and respond to emerging requirements
  • Identify, anticipate and tackle technical issues, and remove blockers and apply technical knowledge, including agile practices, to solve business problems
  • Accountable for training content and services associated with the solution/product as required and foster effective communication with team members for solution/product release plans, status updates and issue reporting
  • Communicate ideas, innovation thinking and opportunities to stakeholders across the enterprise
  • Manage on-going operations for the functional area, compile key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of service and improve daily operations through system change management and project delivery
  • Responsible for making the outsourced services work for their solution/product/domain
  • Manage lifecycle management activities of solution/product in line with enterprise application processes and non-functional roadmaps
  • Performance and support coordination with both internal, external and non-technical resources
  • Responsible for cost management associated with solution/product

The below competencies furthermore contribute to your success:

  • Bachelor's degree is required, also 7+ years' prior relevant experience
  • Experience managing solution/product technologies and digital initiatives at a global and/or regional level
  • Understand basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process execution
  • Demonstrated knowledge of multiple delivery methodologies from traditional waterfall to Agile/Lean/DevOps/Product methodologies
  • Experience in converting business requirements and functional requirements to use cases and user stories with acceptance criteria
  • Demonstrated ability to quantify resource requirements and measure and communicate proposed project benefits
  • Strong risk assessment, problem resolution, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Experienced in working with outsourced service providers in an international context
  • Experience of working in heavily matrixed organizations
  • Technical knowledge of integrating and operating applications architectures
  • Demonstrated ability to engage both developers and business partners to achieve target outcomes
  • Remove cultural or process barriers to the usage of common components and functionalities
  • Outstanding ability to influence leadership, peers, and other internal and external stakeholder groups, and communicate in a clear, concise and effective manner
