About the role

Simply put we are seeking a Sales Person that is Happy & Helpful! :)

This role will operate on a full-time basis working five days a week.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Primary responsibilities are Building a relationship with Clientele, finding out their needs and keeping close to them to ensure they are well serviced for their infection control requirements.
  • Processing orders, progress sales leads, and opportunities via proactive calls.
  • Record all client interaction in Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) in a comprehensible way (Accurate & facilitate future sales opportunities.
  • Processing Orders, Fielding calls and emails directly from clients and processing these orders
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the sales and customer service processes
  • Participate in short daily/weekly team meetings
  • Produce sales leads from the inquiries received
  • Proactively seek technical and procedural knowledge
  • Participate in training programs (as required)
  • Assist with any other sales and/or service duties as directed by management
