JOB DESCRIPTION

Currently seeking a Real Estate Rental Administrator/Leasing Consultant who is going to support the team, whilst also assisting in the business's plans for growth. It is very much a hybrid role, so you won't get bored!!

The Client: 
This client are a top tier agency in the Inner North of Melbourne. They pride themselves on presentation and service in the industry. 

The Role:

We are seeking someone who is always on the ball, to assist a small team of Property Managers. 
At the first point of contact, your day to day responsibilities will include both admin and sales support:

  • General administration
  • Holding OFI's and completing Routine Inspections
  • Provide full administration support to the team
  • Processing tenancy applications
  • Completion of reference checks
  • Condition Reports

The Candidate:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous Experience in Real Estate - Doesn't have to be Property Management
  • MUST HAVE VIC AGENTS REPRESENTATIVE CERTIFICATE
