The Bellfield Community Hub Manager position has a unique role of facility management along with strategic planning and community development. The role is responsible for the planning and shaping the strategic direction of the Bellfield Community Hub to ensure its operation model promotes community health and wellbeing, community connectedness and enjoyment of life.


  • Attractive salary $96,444.07 to $107,598.98 plus super

As the Community Hub Manager, you will

  • Plan and shape the strategic direction of the Bellfield community Hub
  • Ensure the Hub’s operation model promotes community health and well being
  • Focus on strong customer service to support the management of Hub
  • Develop strong, sustainable connections with local groups/community members to strengthen partnerships work and facilitate a collective impact approach

 You will be able to demonstrate

  • Tertiary qualification in community development and or human services and including financial and business planning, and or relevant experience
  • At least 3 years’ experience working in building effective and sustainable partnerships
  • Demonstrated experience in community planning and evaluation
  • Success in developing, implementing and evaluating innovative community development initiatives
  • Experience in managing a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Detailed understanding of policy and strategy development in a complex local government context.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and managing projects, contracts and events
  • Sound administrative and financial management skills
