About the Role

Reporting to the Senior HR Advisor, the focus of this role is on delivering the administrative services provided by the HR function.

About You

You are an administration superstar who loves organisation and order. You are very content doing administrative work and get enormous satisfaction from helping others and building relationships. Your highly motivated and able to use good judgement in responding to issues. You would describe your ideal working environment as one that is fast paced and allows you to showcase your ability to juggle multiple tasks at one time.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be providing administrative support to our store network. Some of your responsibilities will include, but not limited to: -

  • Accurate generation and processing of employment related documentation including but not limited to; employment contracts including variations to contract, onboarding documentation relating to new hires, using our online HR system;
  • Conducting employment screening checks to ensure compliance
  • Providing administration support for sponsorship applications and store development activities
  • Acting as the first point of contact for our store network
  • Responding to general telephone and email queries in a timely manner and escalating when necessary
  • Following up outstanding paperwork to ensure compliance
  • Maintaining our internal databases to ensure employee records are accurate and up to date

Skills & Experience

The successful applicant will have: -

  • Strong experience working as an administrative assistant in a fast-paced office environment
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • A strong customer service ethic and the ability to build strong working relationships
  • Well-rounded intermediate PC skills
  • High attention to detail
  • The ability to prioritise and multitask and be highly organised
  • The ability to adapt to a changing environment
  • A level of autonomy and know when to escalate an issue
