The Position

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your duties will include:

  • Respond to and action customer queries received by phone and email
  • Process and manage all product orders, returns, warranty claims and recalls
  • Reporting on product data, sales, revenue, stock holdings and other ad hoc reports as required
  • Keep customer records up to date in the ERP/ CRM System
  • Liaise with transport companies in regard to delivery ETA's

The Candidate

The successful applicant will have proven experience in freight forwarding, ideally from the manufacturing and distribution sector and will display the following:

  • Demonstrated experience in an order processing/ data entry role
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/ CRM/ ERP operating systems
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
  • Proactive and results driven

This is a permanent fulltime opportunity offering an engaged and dynamic workspace for the successful customer service professional. The hours of this role are 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday - Friday.
