Our client is in the manufacturing sector and provides high quality products. They are currently seeking an Administrator with Internal Sales experience to hit the ground running.

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • 5+ years’ experience in internal sales role/s in small to medium sized manufacturing or engineering companies
  • Computer literacy in the Microsoft Office Suite; and MYOB (or similar accounting software)
  • Demonstrated knowledge in using Adobe products and with CAD system
  • Ability to report to senior stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to multi task
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Your duties will include but not limited to:

  • Assisting customers and product end users with the Company's specification and ordering process.
  • Advising customers on the delivery timeline of their orders.
  • Providing technical information to merchants, specifiers and end users, relating to the company’s products.
  • Processing customer quotations, orders and invoices into our MYOB business system, then raising work orders on the Factory or Warehouse.
  • Entering orders for MTO products into the Production schedule. Updating the schedule as required.
  • Assisting Account Manager/Director with the preparation and tracking of quotes.
