Council is seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and engaging Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Education Assistant to support the Preschool Program.

In this role, you will support the Early Childhood Teacher in developing, implementing and evaluating a high-quality educational program. Your responsibilities will include documenting of children's learning and development and working with children and families to ensure a positive program experience.

You will ensure the delivery of responsive, innovative, and high-quality service. As a valued member of the team, you will strive for service excellence in your pedagogical approach. You will identify and act on opportunities to support growth, learning and the embedding of contemporary practice. You will work in collaboration with and support from the teacher to ensure a cohesive and consistent approach to service delivery.

The successful candidate will be passionate about the early years space, supporting professional growth and contemporary service delivery.
