ABOUT THE RESTAURANT
Since launching in the Sydney beachside suburb of Bronte nine years ago, the owners have taken their passion for sustainable and ethically farmed produce to venues in Byron Bay, Rosebery and Brisbane.
Now in Melbourne food scene for the first time, with a restaurant that will encompass our ethos of simple, real food, prepared with love – on a bigger scale. Located in Tullamarine, as part of world-class surfing destination, the new restaurant will be led by chefs, Andy Allen, Mark LaBrooy and Darren Robertson, with a menu that features the best of Victoria’s farms, wineries, craft breweries and artisan producers.
