We are on the lookout for a Full time team member to join our VIC Craigieburn store!

Ally Fashion is an Australian based young ladies destination which provides its customers with value, quality and on-trend outfits through an enthusiastic, fun, and professional team. Ally first opened its doors in Sydney in 2001 and now has over 150+ stores nationally as well as a thriving online store shipping worldwide.

We Are Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years retail experience
• Hands on and self motivated
• A love for all things fashion
• Customer service skills that go above and beyond
• Passion to exceed sales targets
• Work well under pressure
• Capable of taking responsibility for your personal and store results
• Flexibility to work a rotational weekend roster including late night trade
• Desire to establish a long term career

What your day will involve

• Working closely with Store Manager in leading your team to provide an exceptional customer experience in-store
• Meeting sales and KPI budgets through balancing both customer service and administrative duties
• Organising and maintaining large volumes of stock, with a high visual merchandise appeal
• Stock and expense control management
