What are we looking for?

We are currently seeking proactive & professional Security Officers for a retail site in Craigieburn, Victoria. We will accept applications for Part Time roles.

About the role

Essential to the role:

• To apply for this position, applicants must hold a current VIC Security License and current First Aid Certificate.
• You must be able to provide evidence of holding (at minimum) a Certificate II in Security Operations.
• A proactive Approach to Providing Outstanding Customer Service to a Variety of Stakeholders
• Provide evidence of WH&S (White Card)

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer service at the highest standard
• Liaising with various stakeholders
• Patrolling & Excellent Communication with Management & Team
• Incident & Hazard Reporting (through use of Computer based Systems & Verbal Communication)
• Assisting in Security related Incidents & Emergency Management
• Provision of First Aid
• Contractor Management & Supervision
• Participate in all Required training & Inductions Sessions

Highly Desirable:

• 3-5 Years Retail Security Experience
• Recent Police History Check
• Ability to work rotating rosters, nights & weekends if required
• Proficiency in Excel and Word
