Supreme Caravans are a family operated business that has been operating in the industry for 30+ years.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with an industry leader and develop a strong network. The role is dynamic, and the duties will keep your workload at a consistent pace. Working from the Melbourne Dealership, and travelling to the factory, you will be required to assist in the organising of replacement parts and their dispatch while updating the relevant workshops around the country.

Prior experience within the caravan industry is highly favourable but you will also be provided with constant on the job training however, administration experience and professionalism are a must.

Full Time Role: The hours are 8.30am – 4.30pm. We are looking for an immediate start.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Receive, process and forward warranty parts to National Dealer network
  • Order, invoice and co-ordinate dispatch of parts to Dealerships.
  • Administrative duties; Phone calls, emails, filing etc.
  • Organise the re manufacture of furniture parts and dispatch
  • Packing and dispatch of parts
  • Work closely with Purchasing department
  • Help to improve processes and administration for parts ordering
  • Load parts into interstate caravans prior to transport and communicate with Dealerships regarding inbound goods
  • Liaise with suppliers

To be successful in this role:

  • Experience in the caravan industry or a similar spare parts role is highly desirable
  • Experience in administration (Orders, purchasing, invoicing)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Forklift licence preferred but not essential
  • Intermediate computer skills and learning new systems
  • Always well presented
  • Self-motivated and have initiative
  • Drivers Licence – You will be required to travel between the dealership and the factory
  • Impeccable organisation skills and capable of taking detailed notes
  • Work well with a team and autonomously

This position is for an immediate start for 22nd February 2021.
