We're looking for a 5 STAR Employment Consultant!

We have a part time position at our Craigieburn office to work 3 days per week due to expansion of the business.

Duties

  • Assist your Clients to transition into sustainable employment
  • Liaise with Employers to market your Clients- (Reverse Market your Clients to Employers)
  • Providing strong customer service to all Clients in person and over the phone
  • Case manage your Clients to meet their mutual obligation requirements following the Employment Services Jobactive Contract
  • General administration duties include: Resume writing, utilising the Dept. of Employment's, Employment Services System, booking appointments and completing Client file notes
  • Frequent use of an internal web based system along with other programs

What we are looking for

  • Motivated, reliable and trustworthy person
  • Experience in Employment Services (Jobactive) is highly regarded
  • Customer service experience is essential
  • Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office is essential
  • Goal orientated with the ability to meet Key Performance Indicators
  • Able to handle fast paced environment and work as a team player
  • Efficient administration skills and able to demonstrate effective time management skills
  • Highly organised and able to self-manage day to day tasks appropriately
  • Capable of handling difficult situations and manage conflict
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with a range of diverse people
  • Able to work in accordance with our policies and procedures, the
  • Employment Service Code of practice and all contractual requirements of the Department of Employment
  • Able to successfully pass a police check and have (or able to obtain) a working with children’s check
