Mon-Sun between 8am and 8pm
12-month fixed term contract, full-time
Requirements:
- Proof of Australian Citizenship
- Call Centre or customer service experience would be well regarded
- Computer competency
- Strong desire to learn new skills
- Resilience & tolerance
- Mindful of the importance of security & confidentiality
- Working to key performance indicators
- Very good communication skills
- Be process driven
- An engaging phone manner
